When will my order arrive?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase.
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Saturday.
- Transit: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
- Estimated total: 6 to 11 business days.
- Order cut-off: 5:00 PM GMT-05:00, Monday through Saturday.
Orders received before the cut-off enter processing that day; later orders enter processing on the next processing day. Entering processing does not mean same-day dispatch. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
How do I request a return?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@briarandrow.com with your order number. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, contact us for an appropriate resolution; your applicable rights remain unaffected. We do not charge restocking fees. After the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
When will my refund appear?
We process refunds within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, using your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the amount.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. Payments are processed in USD through the secure checkout.
